About Senoko Energy
Senoko Energy operates Singapore's largest power generation capacity, at 3,300 MW — roughly a fifth of the country's electricity. Temasek sold Senoko to a Japanese consortium (Marubeni and ENGIE, among others) in 2008; Sembcorp Utilities acquired ENGIE's stake in November 2024, making Senoko now jointly owned by Marubeni and Sembcorp.
